Returns & Cancellation

1. Our Return Policy

We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from our website. If at any point within 30 days of receiving your order, you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. The product(s) must be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags still attached. The product(s) must not have been used and the product must be returned in the same way as when you received it. When a return is initiated and accepted through our self-service portal, a return label will also be supplied, which you can use to send the return back to us. Please note that returned items must be unused, if the item has been used the retail price of this product will be deducted from the refund.

2. Exchanges

To make an exchange, we kindly ask you to return the product you no longer wish to keep via our return policy and then place a new order for the product you want instead.

3. Cancelling an order

An order may be cancelled until it has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note that the warehouse and customer service is only available on weekdays. To receive a refund after your order has been shipped, the product must be returned to us in accordance with our return policy.

4. Return of promo item

During certain promotions, you may receive a free item when purchasing a specific product or when exceeding a certain cart value. It is important to note that the purchased item cannot be returned without also returning the free item received as part of the promotion. Refunds will not be issued if the paid item is returned without the accompanying gift.

5. Refunds

Refunds will always be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. A refund will be made once a return has been checked and processed at the warehouse.
