Order
Where is my order?
Once the order has been shipped you will be able to track the order on your account. You will also be notified of the tracking number via email.
When will my order be delivered?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Usually orders are shipped the next week day but in times of many orders and big holidays this may be longer. Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout but is only an estimation and not a guarantee.
I received the wrong item
We do everything possible to assure that you get your correct items as quickly as possible but we're all humans and an error can happen. If you received the wrong item please contact ride@giantloopmoto.com as soon as possible and we'll make sure to take care of the issue as soon as possible.
I want to cancel or change my order
If you’d like to cancel or change the items in your order, please contact customer service at ride@giantloopmoto.com as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. Please keep in mind that we ship all order as quickly as possible and can’t cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from Giant Loop. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The product(s) must not have been used. The product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.
When a return is initiated and accepted through our self-service portal, a return label will also be supplied.
How the process works
When we receive your returned order we make sure that the product(s) is in good condition and make sure that the correct item(s) was returned. When the return has been approved we start the refund process. The refund could take a few business days to be completed depending on the payment method. A return is usually completed and refunded within 9 business days of us receiving the return however at times this timeline could be longer or shorter.
How to make a return
To make a return please follow these steps:
- Follow the steps of our return portal found here
- Make sure the returned item(s) are securely wrapped. The package is your responsibility until it is received by us.
- Stick the supplied shipping label onto the package you are returning.
- Ship it to us.
How to make an exchange
To exchange one or more items from your order please follow the following steps:
- Place a new order for the items you want to get.
- Return the original items ordered using the return instructions that came with the order. If you did not get the instructions please contact us so that we can assist you.
- Wait for your refund. Once we receive the items it usually takes between 2-9 business days for the refund to be made.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Giant Loop provides to the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship if purchased directly from our website or an authorized Giant Loop dealer. This warranty covers defective materials and craftsmanship only, and does not include damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse. Failure to comply with the included instructions for this Product will void the limited lifetime warranty. If defects in the materials or craftsmanship of the Product exist, DO NOT USE PRODUCT and notify us immediately of the defect. If approved we will provide for repair or replacement of the Product, after we have determined, in our sole discretion, that a defect is present. Proof of purchase and iamges/videos of the problem is required to utilize the limited warranty provisions. Warranty claim requirements
IMAGES/VIDEOS
When filling out a warranty claim please make sure that you include images or videos displaying your issue/issues to the best of your ability. Giving us good material will help us making the right decisions and processing your claim faster.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
When we review claims we always require you to add a proof of purchase of some sort. That way we can verify that the product was purchased by you. The proof of purchase could be presented in a few different ways. You could either:
- Give us your order number
- Send us an image of your receipt from a store, website or other retailer of some sort.
- Show us your credit card statement (Only if the product was purchased from us directly)
How to file a claim
When you are ready to file a claim follow the steps below.
- Start by filling out our warranty form here. Remember to add both the proof of purchase and images/videos of the issue.
- A person from our team will review what you sent in and may request more information.
- A decision to Accept or Decline the claim will be done.
- In the case of a replacement it will be sent to the info you used in the claim form.
Please be patient and allow our team time to review all cases. We will respond in time to your claim.
